This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 5096 "Test Method for Corrosiveness to Copper from Petroleum Products by Copper Strip Test." It is applicable for determining the corrosion℃of aviation gasoline, jet fuel, vehicle gasoline, natural gasoline or other hydrocarbons, solvent oil, diesel oil, distillate fuel oil, lubricating oil, grease, and other petroleum products with a Reid vapor pressure not exceeding 124 kPa (930 mmHg) to a copper strip. The instrument features automatic temperature control, automatic timing, and time alarm functions.
The instrument adopts an intelligent measurement and control system with self-diagnosis function.
The test bath is a metal bath with precise temperature control.
Copper strip corrosion test time and alarm can be set.
PID temperature control technology is adopted.

The copper strip corrosion tester uses a digital temperature controller for constant temperature control, ensuring uniform bath temperature through a mixing paddle driven by a mixing motor. A timer is used to set different test durations for different tests. When the test is completed, the timer emits an audible prompt, which is intuitive and convenient.
